First of all I would like to thank you for visiting my personal blog site. On this page I will explain about where I started from liking web development to getting into university.

High School Period

At this time I went to a vocational school, I didn't go to a normal school. Because in my opinion, vocational schools are more direct practice, while schools in general only have a lot of learning material with little practice. In other words, vocational schools are trained to be ready to work in their respective fields while public schools are trained to be smart and intelligent, perhaps the term is like being a scientist.

I entered a vocational school majoring in computer and network engineering. Here I was taught how to maintain and assemble a computer, be it a personal computer to a server computer. Apart from that here I was taught how to become a network administrator, this is a field that I like. Usually configures and monitors the network. Starting at level 3 I like web development, finally I was directed by my teacher to learn PHP. Over time I was able to create a simple website, my first project was create a simple information system for OSIS (intra-school student organizations).

At level 3 this is the last level in a vocational school. Which is where all students have been provided with their respective expertise according to the vocational taken. Finally came the time for the final exam to find out how competent all the students were. Thank God I got good grades.

University Period

This is a time of many life lessons. Previously, the school period was a period of basic introduction. I majored in informatics engineering. In my second year of college, I joined a community called the Informatic Learning Community. This community is very cool in teaching informatics to other students. I entered this community and was accepted in the research and contest division position. My division has a work program, namely research/application development and contests or community rebranding or participating in competitions.

The project that I made for this community is a company profile and url shortener. As far as I remember using the PHP framework, namely Codeigniter 3. I feel proud to share this, especially the url shortener used by all students in the same department. However, it is a pity that when my term of office expired, the domain was not renewed by the next generation, which in the end was not used anymore.

In my third year of college, I participated in KKN (Kuliah kerja Nyata) where this program was held by the campus, all students had to take it. During the KKN period, I got into the Appropriate Technology division, in this division I created a website to introduce the village where I lived in KKN. The website contains all the information in the village.  In developing the website I use a CMS to make it faster and more practical. I use Wordpress as the CMS.

In my fourth year of college, I was invited to work on a project by my lecturer. A simple project is a yudisium monitoring information system. So the website will later be accessed by students who want to graduate, starting from file collection to validation. After the website was finished I was given a salary by my lecturer. I am very happy with this project, apart from getting a salary, the faculty also uses the website to handle yudisium filing.

At the end of last January 2023, I have completed my studies. At the end of January 2023, I officially became a fresh graduate with a computer degree. The title of my thesis is "Rancang bangun aplikasi computer based test berbasis website". The final project/thesis is to make a computer-based test application using the TF-IDF and Jaccard methods to recommend scores for assessing student answers. Thank God, I got a final score GPA of 3.70 out of 4.0

The Present

Now I just want to be useful for other people.

Tech Stack this blog

Tech Stack this blog I use Laravel framework and NuxtJs as frontend. I'm using Laravel and NuxtJs on personal hosting. And I use redis for content caching, so it doesn't hit directly to the database.
